Konstantinos Zachariadis

Konstantinos Zachariadis holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia and an MBA from the University of the Arts London. Initially he worked in the European Parliament in Brussels as an intern for a Member of the Parliament. However, his passion for business operations and fashion combined have led him to Access Fashion, one of Greece's leading and most prominent fashion brands. Konstantinos started his career in the company’s accounting office and gradually acquired hands-on experience across most operations of the business. He is now Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the company’s wholesale and retail departments along with the Marketing team. Access Fashion exports to more than 30 countries, participates in four major fashion trade shows across Europe, and has a network of more than 400 retailers worldwide. The brand also has 7 branded retail stores in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. Konstantinos manages the aforementioned departments' daily operations and has recently initiated the brand’s long-term Sustainability Plan. Considering the harm that the Fashion Industry causes to the planet, incorporating ESG into Access Fashion’s overall business model is of major importance for Konstantinos.
